Dee Jones, MBA
I am excited to start DCJ Strategic Consulting to help state agencies, associations, and entities that work with the State. I can sort through complexities, leverage my relationships, and help get things done efficiently.
I am a career long strategic operations leader who is never one to shy away from hard work. I have spent my career in various industries to include manufacturing, software, cable TV and state government in growing leadership roles. I have also worked at the State of NC for over nine years in roles of Chief Operating Officer for both Administration and Health Benefits, Executive Director for the NC State Employees Health Plan and Special Advisor to the State Human Resources Director.
My family and I have lived in the Cary, NC area for 23 years. My husband Patrick and I have been married for 33 years and we have a son, Justin, who is an NC State graduate now preparing for law school. I enjoy travelling, volunteering, sports of all kinds, reading and walking our two spoiled dogs.
