Dee Jones, MBA
I am excited to start DCJ Strategic Consulting, LLC to help businesses, state agencies, and associations work together and solve problems. I can solve problems, sort through complexities, leverage my relationships, develop strategies for success and to get things done efficiently.
I am a career strategic operations leader who is never one to shy away from hard work. I have spent my career in industries to include manufacturing, software, cable TV and state government in growing leadership roles. I have also worked at the State of NC for over over ten years in roles of Chief Operating Officer for both Administration and Health Benefits, Executive Director for the NC State Employees Health Plan and Special Advisor to the State Human Resources Director.
My family and I have lived in the Cary, NC area for 25 years. My husband and I have been married for 35 years. Our son is an NC State graduate is currently in graduate school studying for a JD/MBA. I enjoy traveling, volunteering, sports of all kinds, reading and walking our two spoiled dogs.
